An informative news-style segment produced for WSUTV highlighting the launch of Wichita State University's then-new esports gaming room.

Edited in Adobe Premiere using provided footage -- some of which I shot myself -- with licensed music from the school’s subscription service. I structured the piece for clarity and pacing, focusing on smooth recutting and flow to support accessible, engaging information delivery. Created during my time as a student assistant, this project reflects my experience with branded content and on-campus storytelling.

A mysterious and heroic trailer crafted as a tribute to the legacy of Star Trek’s original series.

Edited in VideoPad using original series footage and a carefully sourced music track, this piece was an early passion project that allowed me to experiment with tone and pacing in a fan-edit context. Focused on emotional storytelling and music sync, the trailer helped land one of my first professional opportunities—working with a start-up developing a Star Trek spin-off pitch involving Michael Dorn.

A comedic short created under film school constraints to emphasize visual storytelling and varied cinematography.

Edited in Adobe Premiere using footage shot by a fellow DP. I developed the concept, wrote the script, directed the shoot, handled casting, and edited the final cut with a Creative Commons music track. This video showcases a relaxed yet dynamic blend of cinematography styles, along with a sense of realism and pacing that drives natural comedic dialogue.
